| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江省湖州师范学院２３１名９９级大学生的体质测试和问卷调查的分析，认为采用体质测试更能客观地评价学生的体质健康状况，重视心肺系统功能的提高。建议尽快制定一个科学的学生体质健康评估新标准，改善学校体育环境，确定贴近学生兴趣的教学内容和教学模式。

| Abstract: | By examining the physical condition of 321 students in Huzhou Teachers College, the author of this paper draws a conclusion that physical examination can help evaluate a student's health condition more objectively, and improve the functions of his heart and lung. Therefore, the author suggests that a new criterion of scientifically evaluating students' physical condition should be laid down; PE. environment in the college should be improved; the teaching content and pattern that accord with students' interests should be established. |
