| Abstract: | Some problems existing in management of state-owned property of railway enterprises are analysed, such as unclear definition of the property right; not-in-time registration of the property right; bad management in the course of investment and management; unperfect managerial responsibility system of asset, etc. Some suggestions on how to strengthen the management of state property are put forward. |
