| 摘 要： | 目的初步研究女性激素与结肠动力学的相关性。方法实验组大鼠分别每日皮下注射雌、孕激素，记录大鼠粪便重量及粒数；利用炭沫推进试验比较实验组与对照组大鼠结肠传输功能；利用免疫组化技术比较各组大鼠结肠组织中Cajal间质细胞（ICC）数量。结果孕激素组较对照组24h粪便重量减轻（P〈0．05），大便粒数减少（P〈0．05），结肠推进率明显延长（P〈0．05），结肠组织中Cajal间质细胞数量减少（P〈0．05）；雌激素组与对照组差别不明显（P〉0.05）；孕激素组与雌激素组间各指标差别明显（P〈0．05）。结论孕激素可引起结肠动力学改变，推测孕激素可能与女性便秘的发生相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between female hormone and colonic transit. Methods The mouse model received daily estrogen or progesterone injection. The number and weight of stools in twenty-four hours were recorded;Transit functions of intestinal movement were examined by activated charcoal suspension pushing test and the changes of interstitial cell of Cajal were observed by immunohistochemical methods. Results Compared with the control group, the number and weight of stools in the progesterone group decreased remarkably in twenty-four hours （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The intestinal transit ratio and number of interstitial cell of Cajal in colon tissue were significant decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） in mouse injected with progesterone. While compared with the control group, the estrogen group had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There are significant difference between the estrogen and the progesterone group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The progesterone could lead to the change of the colonic transit, and it maybe result in the female constipation. |
