师生心理沟通的价值、障碍与策略探析

摘    要:教育是师生心理沟通的过程,师生心理沟通,有助于建立和谐的师生关系,促进学生智力与人格的全面发展,提升师生生命的价值。但是由于不平等的师生关系、不良人格及其外部不良环境等因素,使师生心理沟通出现障碍,为此,师生之间要进行有效的心理沟通,教师必须要了解学生,尊重学生,具有同理心,善于倾听,具备完善的人格。
