| 摘 要： | 高校政治辅导员是高校学生思想政治教育工作的主体。和谐社会理念下,高校政治辅导员应成为大学生思想政治素质提高的导师、大学生职业生涯的设计师、大学生文明修身的引路人、校园文化的促进者和创造者、大学生心理健康的培育者。因此,要积极推动辅导员的专业化建设、职业化发展,明确职责,全面提升辅导员工作的整体水平。

| Abstract: | Political counsellors are the main body to the work of ideological and political education in college.The ideological and political counselors in college are the instructors to improvement of students' ideological and political quality,designers of students' career,guides to the students' cultivation,creators of campus culture,nursers of college students'mental health,and so on.We should actively promote the professionalization and professional development of the counselors' building in order to enhance the overall level of the work of the counselors. |
