| Abstract: | The construction of rural public culture is an important way to protect and realize the basic cultural rights and interests of the farmers.In practice,the construction of rural public culture is a complex system which needs local cultural resources from the countryside,cultural and social diversity of public welfare in the three dimensions of thinking to co-ordinate the overall progress. |
