| 摘 要： | 清代中朝边务纠纷主要涉及两个方面的内容,一是"间岛"领有权问题,即对越境朝鲜人垦居之图们江以北的领土所有权问题;二是由此引发的中朝疆界划分问题。中朝两国"间岛问题"纠纷的近代后果是中日签订的不平等条约(间岛协约)。中日在"间岛问题"的交涉中,虽说中国保住了东北边疆主权,但付出了"东三省五案"等沉重的权益代价。
