| 摘 要： | 近几年研究生教育的大规模扩招 ,对研究生教育的质量构成了一定的冲击。实行结构性扩招和弹性招生数量制 ,对招生和培养等环节进行全过程质量管理 ,是在招生总量增长的同时 ,仍然保持研究生教育原有学术型传统及其在培养高层次创造性人才中的应有作用的有效措施
