| 摘 要： | 社会诚信是中华民族的传统美德。建构社会诚信体系体现社会主义核心价值观的内在要求,是和谐社会建设的内容和特征。然而随着我国改革开放的不断深入和社会的不断发展,原有的社会诚信被打破,社会信任普遍缺失,社会道德水平下滑,已经严重影响了人们的正常生活以及经济社会的进一步发展。政府作为社会的公共管理者,在社会诚信建构中发挥着重要作用。政府要进一步健全法律法规,构建社会信用系统,加大社会信用的宣传教育,成为社会诚信体系建构的主导者和推动者,同时政府要在社会诚信体系建构中起到模范带头作用,做到政务公开、建构诚信政府。

| Abstract: | Social credibility is a traditional virtue of Chinese nationality.The essential requirements of building up societal credibility system to embody socialist values are the construction of harmonious society and its characteristics.As reform-opening and Chinese society develop,traditional credibility situation has been broken,trust has been sabotaged and ethical level sliding.This situation has affected normal lives of people and economic development.Government,the public supervisor,has important role in building credibility of this society.It is important for the government to better construct legislation,social credit system and related publicity,to play the role of leader and advocator of social credibility system.As the same time it is vitally important for the government to be the role model of credibility,i.e.government affairs open to the public and the integrity of the government per se. |
