| 摘 要： | 在人类文明演进的深层结构中,城市化在不同阶段扮演着不同的角色。在"二阶文明"中,城市化具有基础性地位,而土地资源是城市化的根本"约束",是城市发展的制约"瓶颈"。据此,文章从社会、经济、金融、能源泉和生态环境等角度,对城市化的意义和问题给予了宏观揭示,并对城市化和未来文明的关系略作展望。

| Abstract: | in the deep structure of the development of human civilization , urbanization has played different roles in different stages .In the “second order of civilization ,” the urbanization has a basic position , and the land resource is a fundamental “constraint” and bottleneck of the urban development .Accordingly , the article , from the social , economic , financial , energy sources and eco-environmental points of view , reveals the significance and the issues of urbanization , and prospects the relationship between urbanization and the future of civilization . |
