| 摘 要： | 高等学校依法治校是依法治国方略的具体实践,有许多问题值得探索研究。作者结合国情和当前我国高校管理现状从理论上阐述了依法治校的必要性,并在实践上提出了自己的实施依法治校的思路。认为这对深化高等教育事业改革,推进高等教育事业发展,实现高等学校管理与运行的法治化和现代化具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Governing the country by law is one of the basic state policies in China,and putting the policy into managing a college is our concrete practice,which assure us to deepen the educational reform,promote the development of the cause of the education,improve the teaching standard,and carry out the Party's educational policies completely in our work.In the historical period of speeding up the tempo of governing the country by law and building up a well-off society,managing the college by law is the guarantee of the development of the institute of higher education.It is of great importance to realize the management and organization of the institute of higher education by law. |
