对“体育教师职业认识问卷”编制的思考

摘    要:国内有关体育教师职业认同的研究还处在未进入成熟的发展阶段.多数学者以魏淑华博士在2005年把教师职业认同的结构按照职业认识、职业情感、职业意志、职业技能、职业期望和职业价值观6个维度编制问卷,在已有的关于体育教师职业认同量化研究的问卷调查法中为依据.但在职业认识这一维度中,问卷设立的题目还不能认定出职业认识的总体水平.因此,将按照体育教师的角色特征重新编制问卷,对今后体育教师职业认同的研究提供参考.

Abstract:The relevant PE teachers' professional identity research is still domestically immature.In the existing questionnaires on sports teacher professional identity of quantitative research,many scholars used Dr Shuhua Wei's questionnaire made in 2005 about the structure of the teacher's professional identity in accordance with vocational awareness,professional emotion,professional aspiration,vocational skills,professional expectations and professional values,altogether six dimensions.But in the dimension of professional knowledge,the establishment of the subject has not been considered the overall level of the vocational awareness.This paper makes questionnaire in accordance with the characteristics of PE teachers' role in the future,and provides reference to physical education teachers about professional identity research.
