| 摘 要： | 伴随高等教育大众化进程的推进、大学生法制意识的增强和政府行政服务中心模式的成熟，高校学生事务“一站式”服务模式应运而生。它的建立和运行使高校学生工作的价值取向、工作行为、工作方式发生了积极的变化，在服务学生成长成才的过程中收到了良好的效果，但也存在制度不健全、监督不到位、授权不完全等问题。这些问题的解决。有赖于制度建设、业务流程重建和配套改革的深化。
