| 摘 要： | 小组工作是社会工作方法之一,它可以通过小组活动和组员之间的相互影响改善大学新生的社会功能,并促进其个人成长。针对大学新生的入学适应问题,通过对小组工作模式、小组目标、小组成员、小组工作的时间、地点、具体活动和评估方式等具体内容的探讨,为辅导员帮助大学新生顺利完成入学适应提供参考。

| Abstract: | Group work is one of the methods of social work. It can improve the freshman＇s social function and promote their personal development through group activities and interaction between group members. Aiming at the problem of freshman＇s adaptability, the discussion on group work models, group objectives, group members, group work time, location, activities and assessment methods is hoped to help university instructors to provide reference for the freshman＇s adaptability. |
