| 摘 要： | 文献经费预算与分配是图书馆文献资源建设与发展的重要环节．科学规范的文献经费预算与分配是建立合理馆藏结构和规模的重要保证。随着网络环境的形成和文献载体的多样化．纯经验式的文献经费预算与分配模式已经不能适应和指导现阶段文献资源建设工作，因此，高职图书馆文献经费预算与分配问题日益成为了制约图书馆发展的焦点问题。

| Abstract: | The is an important link to build and develop the library document resources. To norm the budget and allocating funds scientifically can ensure the establishment of the structure and scale of library rationally. With the formation of network environment and diversification of documents, the pure empirical pattern of budget and funds assignment fail to adapt and instruct the document resources at present stage, so college library＇s budget and allocation of funds become a restriction to the development of the library. |
