| 摘 要： | 高职院校扩招是落实国家职业教育改革的重要举措,既是职业教育改革发展的机遇,也给高职院校带来巨大挑战。通过对高职院校扩招的必然性和现状进行分析,对高职扩招后面临的新问题进行探讨,并有针对性地提出加大高职建设投入、拓宽人才引进通道、提升教师科研能力、创新教育培养方式等解决策略和建议。

| Abstract: | Enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges is an important measure to implement the national vocational education reform.It is not only an opportunity for the reform and development of vocational education,but also a huge challenge to higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of the inevitability and current situation of enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses the new problems after enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some solutions and suggestions,such as increasing investment in higher vocational construction,broadening the channels of talent introduction,improving teachers'scientific research ability,and innovating education and training methods. |
