| Abstract: | There are some vocational and technical education elements that take advantage of individual existence and development in the rich ethnic culture,which belong to the pragmatic and functional parts.In the days of modernity,we should probe into the value of these cultures,so that the young generations can have command of the technologies about existence and development,existing in the intricate social surroundings. |
