| 摘 要： | 《韩非子》寓言的内容取材有引用和加工神话故事、加工改造历史故事和直接创造三个来源，几乎囊括了先秦寓言的来源渠道。从民族、时代和韩非子本人的特殊身份等方面分析，或可发现其取材不同且有所侧重的原因。

| Abstract: | The fable " Han Feizi" draws materials from the processed fairy tales and historical stories or makes up stories,which are the means by nearly all the pre-Qin fables.By analyzing the aspects of the nation,time and Han Feizi' s special identity,the author attempts to find different reasons based on which this fable draws the materials for its contents. |
