高等职业院校酒店管理专业教师企业挂职锻炼模式的探讨

摘    要:以建设酒店管理专业、培养酒店管理专业教师为目的,提出了高等职业院校酒店管理专业教师到企业挂职锻炼的模式,将专业教师挂职锻炼的过程以生命周期理论为基础分为"起步"、"成长"、"成熟"等三个阶段,每个阶段分为若干期,到企业的不同层次以不同的方式进行挂职锻炼。

Abstract:As to construct hotel management speciality and train professional teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes personnel training mode which divides into three stages as first step,growth and mature based on the life-cycle theory.Each stage is divided into a number of period in different ways at different levels,when hotel management professional teachers are taking temporary posts.
