| 摘 要： | 组织教师到行业企业挂职锻炼是提高教师专业实践能力的有效途径．为提高挂职锻炼的实效，可以从四个方面入手：必须搭建互惠共赢为基础的校企合作平台；建立健全教师挂职锻炼的管理体制、管理制度和激励机制；提高教师对挂职锻炼重要性的认识；校企合作共同管理教师挂职锻炼的全过程。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the effective ways of sending teachers to the industries and enterprises for temporary posts to improve their practical ability,on the basis of the school-enterprise cooperation platform for mutual benefits.It proposes the management system and incentive mechanism for teachers ' taking temporary posts should be established and teachers' awareness of its importance should be made.School-enterprise cooperation in joint management should go through the whole process. |
