| 摘 要： | 在党的基层组织和党员中深入开展创先争优活动。是党的十七大和十七届四中全会提出的一项重要任务。高职院校应充分认识新形势下基层党组织建设中存在的诸多困难和问题，并结合自身实际，通过”加强理论学习、加强组织建设、加强作_风建设、加强制度建设、创新活动载体”等五个方面开展创先争优活动，不断提升党建工作的实际效果。

| Abstract: | It is an important task for grass-roots party organizations and party members to carry out the activity of excel in the performances which have been put forward in the 17th national congress of the CPC and party′s fourth plenary session of the 17th central committee.We should emphasize the difficulties and problems in the new situation.Based on its foundation,we need to promote its practical effect by enhancing the construction of theory studying,organization,style and rules and carrier innovation. |
