| 摘 要： | 物联网环境下高校图书馆读者服务工作的性质和特点发生了巨大的变化。新形势下，高校图书馆要从服务观念、服务资源、服务内容及方式等方面进行不断地拓展，搞好读者服务工作，促进图书馆事业的发展，构建基于物联网环境的高校图书馆个性化服务体系。

| Abstract: | The characters and features of the reader service are changed greatly under Internet of things environment. Colleges and universities libraries need to expand on service sense, resource, content, mode, %, etc. with the new circumstance. It also need to do the service well, promote the development of library cause and build the colleges and universities libraries personalization service system under Internet of things environment. |
