| 摘 要： | 分析了科技伦理道德的本质含义，阐述了新世纪大学生在网络、环境、学风等方面的科技伦理道德所面临的挑战，探讨了应如何通过加强大学生的现代科学技术教育和科技伦理道德教育加强大学生人文关怀素质的培养、营造良好的社会经济和科技创新环境使大学生得到健康成长等途径来提高大学生的科技伦理道德素质．

| Abstract: | This article defines the science-technology ethic, explains the challenges exist in network, environment and way of study to the college students in the new century and discusses how to improve science-technology ethnic quality by means of enforcing education in these areas as humanitarian solicitousness training and good environment creating so that college students can grow up healthily. |
