| 摘 要： | 伴随着我国教育科研事业的迅猛发展，高校学报也迎来了机遇与挑战并存的局面。尤其是地方高校学报，它的发展既有来自外部因素的影响，也有来源于自身问题的挑战。地方高校学报要生存，要发展，立足地方特色和资源就显得尤为重要。我们只有以地域优势、区域特色文化为依托，创设特色栏目，进而树立学报特色，带动学报的发展，提高学报质量，才能在办刊实践中形成自己鲜明的特色和明显的学科优势，真正实现繁荣学术研究、拓展学术影响力的目标。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of educational and scientific causes, the journals of colleges have opportunities and challenges simultaneously. It is especially true for the journals of the local colleges. On the one hand, they have been offered a good opportunity to develop by the external environment; on the other hand, they have been confronting some challenges originated from their internal factors. Local features and resources have been playing an indispensible role in the development of the journals of colleges. With aim at the prosperity of academic research and amplifying its influence, the journals of the local colleges have no alternative but take full advantage of the geographical advantages and local culture, create special column with local idiom, which, in turn, will benefit for the improvement of journals＇ qualities and the manifestation of journals＇ local features. |
