| 摘 要： | 创新人才培养是目前高等教育所面临的重大任务之一,实践教学在创新型人才培养方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。河海大学信息学院在实验教学示范中心建设、国家特色专业建设及创新基地建设等基础上,借鉴国内外创新人才培养经验,在实践教学方面加大改革力度,创新实践教学体系。文章从实践教学与能力培养相融合、实施多元化人才培养模式、利用学科赛事提高实践创新能力、组建实践教学教师队伍等4个方面,阐述如何构建电气信息类人才实践创新能力培养体系。通过多年的探索和实践,该体系在培养学生实践创新能力取得了显著成效。
