| 摘 要： | 基于企业参与职业教育的影响因素研究,构建科学合理的置换脱产培训模式是推动校企合作发展的动力和维系校企合作良性运转的纽带.置换脱产培训模式,旨在使职业院校能有的放矢地适应企业利益诉求,凭借自身优势与特色为企业提供有效服务,建立“校企双赢”的运行机制.置换脱产培训模式的实施必须有一套理性化和科学化的有效机制.
