| 摘 要： | 研制了一种基于USB的便携式集成芯片测试仪，阐述其工作原理、硬件以及软件设计。该测试仪可以在线或离线完成对常用集成芯片的型号识别、故障分析和定位。和上位机通信采用USB接口，携带方便，使用操作简单。
