| Abstract: | This article proposed that in order to do well in laboratory construction, its key is lader's idea and cognition. It is necessary to gtasp oppertunity to promote lab's construction. The article also put forward some measures to strengthen team construction, build branded laboratory, train students' innovative capability through whole process, and so on. |
