| 摘 要： | 介绍了计算机软件特点和分类，阐明了我国新版“计算机软件保护条例”实施的重大意义，分析了高校所面对实现软件“正版化”的艰巨任务。结合高校的实际情况，提出了自行开发和单独拨款重点购买的解决办法，并详细介绍了对软件的购置审批，入账管理，使用、借用，升级和报废等管理办法。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the characteristics of computer software and its classification, expounded the significance of the computer software protection for the new vision and analyzed the difficulties for the college to realize software copyright. According to the university's reality, it put forward some ideas to solve this problem by self-development and purchase with special funds, and detailed introduction to purchasing approval of software, the management of entering an items, usage, borrowing, promotions, discard and etc. |
