摘    要:基于网络积件思想、多媒体技术、网络数据库技术和虚拟现实技术,设计和开发了适应网络教学需要和材料实验特点的新型材料热加工网络实验教学系统。其中涵盖了材料的铸造、焊接、压力加工和热处理等相关实验内容,由实验教学子系统、多媒体实验教学素材库、在线考试子系统和在线答疑子系统四个部分组成。该系统的运用克服了传统实验教学的方法单一、内容死板、流程固定、缺乏交互性等主要弊端,提供了具有交互性、开放性、协作性和自主性的实验教学形式,并且可以大幅度地节省实验材料和实验经费,改善实验设备数量不足、场地紧张和师资匮乏的状况,提高了教学质量。

Abstract:Based on the multi-media,network database and virtual reality technics and the thought of network integrable ware,the network experimental teaching system for material hot working was designed and developed.It includes the related experiments of material casting,welding,pressing and heat treatment,and comprises of four modules: experimental teaching,multi-media experimental teaching material,online testing and online question answering.The system has overcome the shortcomings of traditional experimental teaching modes,such as simple methods, fixed process and lack of interactivity.It provides a new experimental platform with interactivity,openness,collaboration and independence.In addition,it can save experimental materials and cost,provide a supplement of experimental equipments and places and improve the teaching quality.
