| 摘 要： | 加强实验室文化建设是新时代背景下高校转向内涵式发展的必然要求。当前高校实验室呈现良好发展态势,但是实验室文化建设存在的不足已经制约了实验室的整体发展。通识教育是以人为本的全面素质教育,借助通识教育的优势特色,以“SW”模式构建实验室文化的通识课载体,作为实验室文化传播的有效手段。结合学校开设通识教育课程实践表明,通识教育与实验室文化建设的有益结合,可为实验室文化建设开拓新的视野,有利于实验室更好地为高校人才培养目标服务,为高校的发展提供有力支撑。

| Abstract: | Laboratory culture is a part of university culture.Strengthening the construction of laboratory culture is an inevitable requirement for universities to turn to connotative development in the new era.At present,laboratories in colleges and universities show a good development trend,but the lack of laboratory culture construction has restricted the further laboratorydevelopment.General education is a people-oriented all-round quality education.By virtue of the advantages and characteristics of general education,the construction of the general course carrier of laboratory culture can be used as a means of laboratory culture communication.By introducing the general education course“laboratory exploration and research”offered by Zhejiang Gongshang University,this paper expounds in detail the ways and methods to promote the construction of laboratory culture in colleges and universities by using general education,and shares the achievements and significance of the course.The practice shows that the beneficial combination of general education and the construction of laboratory culture opens up a new vision for the construction of laboratory culture,which is conducive to the better service of the laboratory for the personnel training objectives of colleges and universities,and provides strong support for the development of colleges and universities. |
