| Abstract: | The interview put forward the point of view about the laboratory is the nucleus competing power of universities. And introduced how to attract outstanding talent to work in laboratory, adopted so called"Binding Over" type investment, Opened laboratory to students, reforming laboratory management system, and enforced laboratory competing power. All the measures mentioned above pushed laboratory developing fast. |
