| Abstract: | According to the construction and management experience of the national key laboratory of crop genetic improvement for years,this paper analyzed and proposed a pattern including the laboratory accurate orientation and maintaining the research direction invariable,the prominent discipline characteristic and the conformity discipline superiority,the construction specialty management organized group and the reasonable academic echelonment,straightening out the relations of laboratory and the discipline construction as well as the laboratory with the university and so on. |
