| 摘 要： | 为了深化高等学校休闲体育教育改革,改进实验实训类课程教学模式,提高休闲体育专业学生的实践能力和创新能力,培养职业适应性强的休闲体育运营与管理人才,常州大学体育学院秉承"人才培养和社会服务相结合"的初衷,设计建设开放服务型休闲体育实训平台,使得学生可以在真实职场情景下,进行休闲健身、体育赛事和体育文化等的实践训练,改变过去实习实训教学"假题假做"、"走马观花"的现状,实现休闲体育专业人才培养、社会服务和科学研究的一体化发展。

| Abstract: | In order to deepen the higher education reform of leisure sports,improve the teaching model of experimental training courses,enhance the practical and innovative ability of leisure sports and cultivate the operating and managing talents of leisure sports with strong occupational adaptability,following the original intention of"combining talent cultivation and social service",a leisure sports practice platform with an open service style is designed and constructed by School of Physical Education at Changzhou University.By the platform,students can carry out practical training of leisure fitness,sports events and sports culture under the real vocational situation,it changes the past"fake"practical training and teaching and achieves the integrated development of talent cultivation,social service and scientific research of leisure sports major. |
