智能仪表在温度连续控制系统的设计与应用

摘    要:直接将单相调压模块的输出端与电加热器的输入端相连,Pt100把实时检测到的温度值变换为电压信号输出到AI-818的输入端作为反馈信号,AI-818输出的是0~5V连续的的电压信号,然后去控制单相移相调压模块的输出电压,以实现温度的连续控制.人工智能调节可使系统实现较为理想的温度控制,适用在化工、石化、火电、制药、冶金等行业.

Abstract:The output of single-phase voltage regulator module is directly connected to the input of electric heater.By Pt100,the real-time temperature is converted to the voltage signal which is linked to the input of AI-818 as a feedback signal.The output of AI-818 is a continous voltage signal of 0-5 V,which controls the output voltage of single-phase shift voltage regulator module to realize continuous temperature control.Artificial intelligence system can adjust the temperature control to achieve more ideal envir...
