| 摘 要： | 在校以办高水平研究型大学为发展目标,执行"侨校+名校"的发展战略,创新管理思想,提升"人、财、物"的管理效率,规范实验室建设项目管理机制,使实验室资源合理配置,发挥经费的最大使用效益;构建网络化的信息管理平台,提高了实验设备的使用效率;通过完善实验人员队伍的考核和提升体系,激发了实验技术人员的创造性和积极性,取得显著的实验室建设效益。

| Abstract: | During the "11th Five-year Plan",aiming at the development into a high-level research university,Jinan University implemented a series of strategies,including innovation in management,enhancement of management efficiency in human,financial,and material resources.As a result,significant efficiency in laboratory construction was achieved standardization of laboratory construction project management system was adopted to get the greatest efficiency in the use of funds,and the rational allocation of laboratory resources.Network-based information management platform was constructed to increase the efficiency in the use of laboratory equipment.The creativity and enthusiasm of experimental technicians were stimulated through the improvement of experiments evaluation and promotion system. |
