| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种测量电介质介电频率谱的简单方法——RC电路法，并以压电陶瓷样品为例，对压电陶瓷的频域特性进行测量并与用HP4294A型阻抗分析仪测量得到的结果进行对比，得到了满意的结果。
