摘    要:随着国内IT行业外包业务的迅猛发展,对软件人才需求出现较大的缺口,但是高校软件工程专业的毕业生的就业率不容乐观,出现了人才供需的矛盾。本文通过分析软件企业人才需求与毕业生之间差距,提出软件工程专业培养模式,即通过学校与企业之间多种形式的合作,对学生进行实训、毕业实习、就业培训,培养IT行业合适的人才,满足国内不但增长的人才需要,提高软件工程专业学生的就业率。

Abstract:It has a great gap between the requirements of software engineer and those provided from HR market following domestic outsource business increasing rapidly.But the rate of employment-obtaining decreases every year.So it comes into conflict between the requirement and employment-obtaining.Training pattern of software engineering is put forward through analyzing the graduate's shortcoming in contrast with the need of the company.So it is necessary that the university should cooperate with the company in training the students with different kinds of method such as project practice training,graduating article training,career training.The talent for IT should be trained to work for the company to meet the requirement of software engineer and increase the rate of employment-obtaining.
