| 摘 要： | 在介绍军队院校专业实验室效益的基础上,分析了军队院校专业实验室效益发挥存在的主要问题,包括实验室利用率低、维护保养经费有限、人员配备有所欠缺等,最后主要从制度管理、队伍建设、课程建设、加强使用、功能拓展、开放合作和保障社会化共7个方面提出了提高实验室效益的手段和方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the introduction about benefit of specialized laboratories in military academy,this paper analysed the main factors which restrict the benefit of laboratories such as lower using rate,limited outlay and insufficiency of staff;then expatiated the ways that how to improve the benefit from seven aspects including management system,staff building,course building,plenitudinous using,function improving,opening and cooperation and socialized support. |
