| 摘 要： | 指出实验的重要性,实验对任何学科都非常之重要。实验教学要独立设课,建立实验中心,科研上建立交叉平台。提出实验队伍实行星级制,没有实验室管理机构就不能称为大学,高校办学要抓过程管理等观点。

| Abstract: | This paper pointed out that the experiment is very important for any academic discipline,the experiment teaching should be set up as an independent course,establishing experiment teaching center and the inter discipline platform for scientific research should be established.Meanwhile,this paper stressed that a university could not be a real one of if there was no management office for laboratory and facility.Besides,the author proposed some viewpoints such as that star-lever system should be carried out in the laboratory technicians,and the process management should be adopted in university running. |
