摘    要:研制了一种适用于风光互补发电系统的逆变器,介绍了该逆变器的电路拓扑结构、工作原理和实现方法。该逆变器由前级基于UC3875的Boost型隔离型全桥变换电路和后级基于单极性倍频SPWM调制的DC/AC全桥逆变电路组成,设计了两种监控方式,可实时监控逆变器的运行状态。研制了一台48 V/50 Hz/1 kW的样机,已成功应用于风光互补发电系统,为风光互补发电的的应用提供了一种理想的解决方案。

Abstract:An inverter for wind-solar hybrid generating system was developed.The circuit topology,operation principle and implementation of this inverter were also introduced.This inverter consists of Boost-type full-bridge converter based on isolated UC3875 and DC / AC full-bridge inverter circuit with unipolar & frequency multiplication SPWM.In addition,a prototype(48 V/50 Hz/1 kW) was successfully developed and applied to wind-solar hybrid generating system,which gives an ideal solution for application of wind-solar hybrid generating system.
