| Abstract: | According to the needs of laboratory construction and management in university, nine basic Laboratory construction principles were put forward and summarized,including the earliest requirement principle, the advancement principle, the resources sharing principle, comprehensive construction principle, expansibility principle, effeciency principle, principle of humanism-care and that of standard management, and opening management principle. |
