| 摘 要： | 通过对PLC课程建设思路的探讨,提出了"根植企业、面向教学、齐抓共管、回归岗位"的课程建设理念和建设一支结构合理、教学经验丰富、教学观念先进的教师队伍;在此基础上,以任务为驱动、以项目为载体、以工作过程为导向,构建了PLC课程的建设内容,精选了6个典型工作任务,设计了14个学习情境,开发了36个实训项目,建成了5个集"教、学、做"一体化的实训室;在实际教学中,构建了"基于工作过程"的教学组织模式,摸索并总结出了"故障表单"、"三级指导"等十大教学法。教学实践证明,基于工作过程导向的教学模式有利于高职人才培养目标的实现。

| Abstract: | By investigating the building ideas of PLC course,this paper proposed the idea of course building,which is rooted in business,facing teaching,making concerted efforts,and returning to job post,and constructing a teacher team which is reasonable in structure,and rich in teaching experience with advanced teaching ideas.On this basis,with task as the driving force,with project as the carrier,with process as the guide,It constructed the building content of PLC course,selected 6 typical working tasks,and devised 14 learning environments,developed 36 training programs,built an integrated "teaching,learning and practicing" training room.In teaching practice,it also constructed teaching organizational model based on work process,explored and summarized 10 teaching methods such as "fault report",and "three guidance".The teaching practice proved that the Working-process-oriented teaching model is useful for the training of higher vocational talent. |
