| 摘 要： | 针对高校大型仪器设备开放共享平台建设中存在的问题,在分析了大型仪器设备管理现状的基础上,从管理体制、购置论证、人员管理、经费保障等方面探讨了开放共享平台建设的误区,并从平台建设机制的建设、管理及保障、人才队伍建设和信息化系统管理等方面提出了克服对策。

| Abstract: | Faced with some problems existing at present in the management and sharing of the university’s large instrument,based on analyzing the management status of large instrument,this paper discusses the misunderstandings in building open and sharing platform from the perspective of management mechanism,staff management and financial guarantee.It also proposes ways to overcome these misunderstandings in terms of construction,management and guarantee,talents teams’ building and management. |
