半实物负载特性模拟机的研究

摘    要:针对烧结混合配料系统负载的复杂性,在实验室建立实际系统负载特性的模拟机来代替实际系统,进而可以在实验室对整个配料系统进行控制算法的研究.本设计使用STM32搭建半实物仿真平台,其仿真结果与实际系统的负载特性曲线基本一致.这样可以在实验室条件下,建立烧结混合配料模拟系统,进而对该系统控制器的控制特性、控制参数及控制算法等进行调节和改善,得到对实际系统较佳的控制算法及控制参数,避免了实际系统在运行过程中参数调整给系统造成的生产性破坏.

Abstract:The simulation machine is a very important tool in the scientific research and engineering design area.A semi-physical simulation platform is established by using STM32,whose simulation result is consistent with the load characteristic curve of a practical system.Thus,at laboratory conditions,the analog system of sintering mixed burdening is created to regulate and improve the control characteristics,control parameters,control algorithm and so on.In this way,a better control algorithm and control parameters for the practical system can be acquired,by which the productive failure of the practical system caused by parameter regulations in the operating process can be avoided.
