| 摘 要： | 分析了工程管理仿真实验室建设对工程管理复合型人才、创新型人才培养以及对理论教学推动的重要作用,设计了针对工程项目建设寿命周期、仿真实验工作环境等仿真实验系统组成及要求,讨论了仿真实验室与传统沙盘、效果绘画、三维动画等实验手段,具有信息量大、直观、全面、严谨、灵活、客观等优势。充分证明了在工程管理专业建设仿真实验室,开发仿真实验项目是有效提高人才培养质量的重要手段。仿真实验室的建设可以提高学生实验的主动性和积极性,打破现有的实验教学管理模式的限制,提高学生的发散思维能力和创新能力。

| Abstract: | Based on requirements for the cultivation of engineering management specialty talents,this paper analysed the important and impellent role engineering management simulation laboratory plays in engineering management talents and innovative personnel training,including theory teaching.It designed the composition and requirements of the simulation experiment system,discussed its advantages over the traditional sand table,painting,and 3D animation,etc,fully demonstrating the effective role of simulation lab and simulation experiment project in personnel training in engineering management specialty.The simulation laboratory can improve the students’ experiment initiative and enthusiasm,eliminate the restrictions of traditional experiment teaching management mode,and enhance the students’ divergent thinking ability and innovative ability. |
