摘    要:设计了针对典型过程控制系统进行的虚拟仿真控制平台,利用虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW和仿真工具Simulink进行平台的开发,通过Simulation Interface Toolkit(SIT)实现两者通信。该平台的系统开发选取过程控制工程课程中的典型控制环节,平台的功能包括:典型控制系统的流程图动画界面显示,后台控制器设计,以及实时参数和控制效果显示等。最后还设计了平台选择程序,实现程序的封装。该系统能作为过程控制工程的辅助教学软件,达到将实验环节引入课堂的良好效果。

Abstract:The course of Process Control requires theoretical learning and actual practice.In order to improve the teaching quality and enhance students’ understanding of the course,a virtual simulation platform aiming at typical process control systems is proposed.The virtual instrument software LabVIEW and the modeling tool Simulink are used to develop the platform and the simulation interface toolkit(SIT) is used to achieve the communication between the two.A typical two-tank liquid level control system is chosen as an example of the platform systems.The process of the virtual simulation platform is introduced which is similar to the development of other systems.Platform features include physical animation of the system,model simulation and control algorithms,real-time parameters and waveform display.Finally,the platform selection program is designed and packed.The whole system can be used as auxiliary teaching tool in process control engineering course and is expected to acquire good effect in introducing experimental procedures into class.
