| 摘 要： | 在轨道交通运营管理中,行车组织是最基本、最重要的工作环节之一,如何使各部门协调联动工作,使学生熟悉自己岗位工作以及与其他相关人员的配合,从全局的观念出发去掌握轨道交通运行的理念在实际工作中显得尤为重要。"城市轨道交通行车组织"实验在实验教学中提出创新与探索,通过本次实验提高学生的实践创新能力,锻炼学生的动手操作能力,掌握一定的城市轨道交通行车组织能力。

| Abstract: | In the operation management of urban railway transportation,traffic operation is the most basic and important element.It is of importance that each department are coordinated so that students are familiarized with their own work and cooperate with other stakeholders,and have a good command of the concept of the traffic operation of urban railway transportation.The experiment of "operation of urban railway transportation" advocates innovation and exploration in experiment teaching.As a result,the practice and innovative abilities of the students are enhanced,and their organization ability of traffic operation is cultivated. |
