| Abstract: | Some thoughts were obtained on visiting several laboratories at German universities such as operation mechanism,objective oriented management experimental system laboratory equipments supply and the construction of laboratory staffs.By analyzing and summarizing the merits of German universities laboratory management, great impacts are exerted on improving the management capacity of our laboratories and experimental teaching. |
