| Abstract: | Three aspects should be paid special attention to for establishing a new-type laboratory in creative talents cultivation. First, readjust the old-fashioned construction and management mode to establish a new one. Second, standardize, scientize and modernize the present management system. Third, attach much importance to the construction of laboratory staffs. |
